Items purchased with pre-orders will ship together when all pre-order products arrive.
If you want to split your order into multiple shipments, you will be required to pay additional shipping for each split package. Shipping cost will depend on location.
If you wish to cancel a Video Game or Trading Card Game Sealed Product pre-order, you will incur a 5% processing fee calculated based on the pre-order values.
The price of an item may increase by the time the product is released, we may ask for the difference in price and we reserve the right to cancel the order if the additional cost isn't paid.
Pre-orders are subject to cancellation if we are not shipped our full quantities and for any other reason that may arise.
